At JIVRA, we are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below to ensure a seamless process.

1. Return Policy

  • All sales are final. Goods sold are not returnable and refundable.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Damaged Goods: Defective products such as issues with the dispensing mechanism or container breakage, are eligible for an exchange. 
  • Damage to product packaging is not subject to exchange.

3. Conditions for Exchange

To facilitate a successful exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Customers must contact JIVRA in advance via hello@jivra2u.com to initiate an exchange request. This allows us to confirm the availability of the desired replacement product.
  • The product being returned for exchange must include all original components and accessories.
  • All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping (Customer to JIVRA): Customer bears the cost.
  • Replacement shipping (JIVRA to Customer): JIVRA covers the cost.

5. Policy Amendments
